If you are just getting started in SUP or like some guided assistance to explore some stunning scenery, our beginner to intermediate SUP Eco Tour is the way to go.
Why Private? We have been leading SUP lessons and tours for several years now. Our experience has led us to focus on providing private, custom trips for the couples, families, and friends that are vacationing together here on the Outer Banks. We customize your trip around your groups specific needs, experience, and desires. Our outings are a blend of lesson and adventure tour with excellent instruction along with an extraordinary adventure. Making Memories.
Safe and on the Sound:
You will be paddling in a safe, controlled environment on the "sound" or bay side of the Outer Banks. We welcome "oceanside" SUP adventures upon request and weather permitting, but otherwise we are with experienced and qualified instructors, quality equipment and in breathtaking locations. We have exclusive private access to many of the Coastal Reserves - Enjoy a privately guided stand up paddle tour through one of the Outer Banks Coastal Reserves - like Kitty Hawk Bay & Maritime Forest or another of our favorite locations - close to Corolla, Duck, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills or Nags head. Experience the natural beauty of the Outer Banks in the intimate way that is so unique to stand up paddling. There’s plenty of opportunity for bird watching and we often see a variety of aquatic life including fish, turtles, crabs, rays and even the occasional garfish or porpoise.

Even if it is your first lesson, you will be up and paddling regardless of your age, experience or fitness level. Our experienced instructors have been stand up paddling for years in flat water, small waves and big surf. They will be able to answer your questions and give you proper instruction you’re looking for.
All SUP equipment provided including Coast Guard approved PFD’s and cold bottled water!
Get started the right way to enjoy STAND UP PADDLING for a lifetime! Learn to stand up paddle with our professionally trained instructors and premium equipment for the best first time experience! Learn all about stand up paddleboard: how to carry and launch your board, how to stand up, and proper paddling techniques.
Our Private SUP Lessons means it’s just you and family or friends, in your own setting, your own instructors, at your own pace. All equipment is included and features 2 hours of NSSIA Certified instruction and 3:1 maximum student to instructor ratio!
Enjoy our amazing scenic paddling here on the Outer Banks while you'll also learn some basic water safety skills, including self-rescue, and other tips from our trained and dedicated instructors so you will be ready to paddle on your own.
• Lesson length: 2 hours - not including drive time .

• Rates: $59 PER PERSON for Groups of 5 or more
• Tour length: 1-1/2 to 2 hours, not including drive time .
